The hectic fixture list presented by the 20210 / 2021 season sees the Hatters back in action this evening when they welcome Cardiff City, to Kenilworth Road, for a Championship fixture.

After the narrow away win, at Birmingham City, on Saturday, courtesy of a goal from Dan Potts, the Hatters support will be hoping Nathan Jones can inspire his side to record back-to-back wins.

It is strange how the situation can change so quickly, in the Championship this season.

It was not that long ago that, following a bad run of results, the word relegation was being bandied about, but a win tonight will see Luton go equal, on 40 points, with Cardiff City who currently sit in 7th place, just adrift of the play-off places in the Championship.

Ahead of the game, the Hatters support, if our poll is anything to go by, are confident of a win with 76% tipping a Luton victory.

They will also be hoping their side can get revenge for the 4-0 thrashing they received in the reciprocating fixtures, in South Wales, earlier in the season.

With the kick-off fast approaching, we are now able to bring you the team sheets.

Starting with Luton Town:

Continuing with our visitors, Cardiff City:

Three more points please Luton.

Interesting, just can’t see how Pelly gets selected every game, I think he has been average at best.

  • Danny says:

He’s clearly in the “trusted group” having only missed 5 league games over the past three seasons, a phenomenal effort that, and a definite starter for me but you’re not alone in asking why he never get’s dropped.

Hi all, first half poor poor poor, same old story bad passing no invention. Can only improve I hope.

  • Paul says:

I would add Bradley to my previous comment, shocking defending, backing off the shot, poor distribution.
this is going to get worse
