With the close season somewhat truncated as football does its best to get back to normal following the COVID-19 pandemic, the Hatters hierarchy are having to move quickly to carry out the changes to the squad they deem necessary for the 2020 / 2021 season.
Yesterday (Thursday), it was confirmed by The BBC that Nathan Jones has added an attacking midfielder to the squad.
The player in question is Jordan Clark who arrives as a free agent after leaving Accrington Stanley at the end of June.
Clark, 26-years-of-age, netted 20 goals in 162 appearances for Accrington Stanley and being a free agent was naturally delighted to get the chance to join the Hatters with our quoted source reporting that the player remarked:
“I had the opportunity to meet the gaffer and as soon as I did, I just said ‘Yes, I want to sign there’.”
Now whether Clark will be able to hold down a first-team place or will be a squad member remains to be seen, but welcome to Kenilworth Road.

Luton Loan Ace Is Up For Grabs
Hi mh, I have nothing against this guy but I feel we have enough of this type of player already. Although it’s possible we may lose a couple if they decide to turn down new contracts. I would rather we concentrate on the defence ccv is not yet a lost cause an the polish defensive midfielder are more what we need both have international experience the pole as captain. So these are players I’d like here
Hi mh, just seen the news that rea has signed a new contract. That’s great news for all fans

Hi chris, rea is massive signing….cant bear to think what would be going on if pratman (gj) was still here…..
Just a thought for you all, we are pretty short on the right back position. We’ve a few left backs but apart from crannie, we havent got anyone now bree has gone….a bit short it could be said…
