Okay, okay, the new EFL Championship season may actually start tonight when Huddersfield Town face Burnley, but all our eyes are on tomorrow.
With an opening fixture, against Birmingham City on the agenda, the Luton support, inside a sold-out Kenilworth Road, will be hoping for their side to start the campaign with a win.
Indeed, our poll that has been running for a couple of days, shows that Luton are overwhelming favourites to take the three points on offer with 89% going for a home win, a mere 5% going for an away win and 6% going for a draw.
But how does the Sky Sports resident Championship pundit, David Prutton, see the game ending?
Well, Prutton is predicting a 2-1 win for Luton Town, I’d certainly take that result but, in all honesty, I’d prefer a slightly wider margin to prevent any nervous moments as the final whistle approaches.
But how do you see this game ending when it comes to the score-line?

Be nice to get a hatful and lay the ” bogey team” tag to rest.
5-0 to us, this time around, would go down well!
Comfortable 3.0 win will do first game is alwsys difficult to predict
I’ll take a win. Any win is good enough no matter what the score is.
We usually ship a couple of soft ones first game but should have the firepower to see out a high scoring tight game.
I’m going 3-2
