It seems an age until the EFL Championship starts again, 10th December can’t come, for me, soon enough.

Not even the long trip to Middlesbrough fazes me, I’m missing my Hatters fix that much.

But, since our last Championship fixture, against Rotherham United, at Kenilworth Road, there have been wholesale changes at Kenilworth Road, courtesy of the departure of Nathan Jones.

When Nathan announced he was leaving Luton Town to take over at Southampton, speculation linked several managers with the Kenilworth Road vacancy.

But it was Rob Edwards who was chosen, and we await the Edwards era to commence.

Naturally, via the use of our poll, it made sense to see how the readership had viewed the appointment of Edwards.

Cutting to the chase, we only offered up two options for our poll question:

Rob Edwards As The New Luton Manager?

with the options being:

1 – It Gets My Approval

and

2 – We Could Have Done Better

Looking at the results, it appears the majority are happy with 79% voting for the first option and only 21% for the second option.

I hear that the players, after a short break, return to training this morning, here’s hoping that the Edwards era is a successful one.
