It is a fact of life that Championship clubs use the loan system to strengthen their squads.
The Hatters are no exception with the information available to us showing that, now, Luton Town have FOUR players on their books who have arrived courtesy of the loan system, the four being:
• Kiernan Dewsbury Hall – Leicester City
• Tom Ince – Stoke City
• Eunan O’Kane – Leeds United
• Sam Nombe – Milton Keynes
It is fair to say that the four players have experienced differing degrees of success during their time at Kenilworth Road.
Some have fulfilled expectation levels while others have disappointed.
The loan deals the quartet are tied to end on 31-May-2021, but we may not have seen the last of some of them.
It Is not beyond the realms of doubt that a new deal could be negotiated whereby one could be returning to Luton for a second spell, next season.
Bit, if that is the case, which of the four would you prefer to see remain with us for another season?
Personally, it is a crying shame that Rhys Norrington-Davies was recalled by Sheffield United and then loaned to Stoke City, as he would have gotten my vote.
Who Would You Like To See Return Next Season?
