Following the signing of Cauley Woodrow and a crazy night down the local public house, I used our poll to ask a pertinent question.
It simply read:
Will Adebayo Be At Luton For the 2022/2023 Season?
The question was based around a friends’ suggestion that Cauley could have been signed to lead the Luton Town FC attack with, if the price is right, the Hatters being prepared to sell the tall, young striker.
In our poll, two options were offered, keeping it simple:
1 – Yes, definitely!
and
2 – Depends on any offer made!
With the poll now considered to be closed, we can reveal that 61% went for the first option with the remaining 39% going for the second option.
My view, as I stated in the article, is that every player has his price and if a club approached Luton with a serious offer, say around the £8 million mark, I would not be surprised if he were to be sold.
But, saying that, I would be absolutely delighted to see a combination of Adebayo and Woodrow tearing Championship defences to pieces next as we seek to improve on the sixth position, we achieved last season.
