Luton: red card rescinded

The FA today rescinded the red card received by Taiwo Atieno in the 37th minute of the match at Gateshead on Saturday.

Justice has been done over the quashing of any suspension, but it still leaves a sour taste in the mouth, since the inept decision left the Hatters with 10 men for the best part of an hour.

Tai is now available for this evening’s match.
