Luton rallying cry

John Mitchell is reported as having prepared a statement saying:

‘There are seven games to go and we need everyone to be focusing on the football and getting behind the lads,

‘A lot of this can be talked about at the back end of the season, but it’s almost as if people are wishing this club not to do well.

‘It’s evident that there are people around the edges with other interests, who are whipping things up. Certain factions or certain individuals have vested interests or want to be involved just to piggy-back off the club.

‘People are trying to destabilise this club for whatever reasons, but we need everyone to get together and focus on supporting the team.’

I hope the fans do just that – better late than never!
