Luton – No Fear Of The Dark

Some ten days ago, with the evenings starting to draw in, I asked a pertinent question.

I wanted to know, when it comes to the autumn / winter months of the season, whether you preferred midweek or Saturday games, with the rationale being explained in the following article – night-or-day-games-dilemma – unfortunately, the response to the poll was not as good as I had hoped for.

However, I can confirm that of those who took the opportunity to vote, 80% went for the night games option and the unique feel those fixtures bring to Kenilworth Road.

Only just recently, we had our first night fixture when high-flying Coventry City came to Kenilworth Road and were trounced 5-0, which begs me to ponder as to whether the Hatters should play all their fixtures in midweek if the EFL were to be lenient and allow it!

Our next night fixture is away to Derby County on Tuesday 19-October, can Luton emerge victors?
