Part of the away match day experience just has to be getting something to eat inside or outside the ground.

After what can be a long, arduous journey, a few pints in a pub often requires something substantial, food wise, to soak up the alcohol and ease a raging appetite.

Those of the older generation, like myself, will remember the old hand pulled/pushed carts that sold dodgy burgers with lashings of boiled onions, gourmet eating they were not.

But, until recently, the food served up inside football grounds has been a little basic, restricted to pies, hot-dogs, burgers, sausage rolls etc.

I’m sure, while on the road with Luton, you have all paid above average prices for food that has been, to put it mildly, awful!

But are the times changing?

The reason I ask is that lurking on social media, I saw the culinary delight below:

It certainly looks appetising which leads me on to ask the all-important question:

What are the best and worst grounds you have visited when it comes to above average, or fit for dogs, food?
