Luton – A Tough Fixture But One We Can Win

Luton’s hectic fixture programme continues this Saturday when the Hatters travel north, up the M1, to take on Sheffield United.

The Hatters will arrive in Yorkshire in good form, having established a 5-game unbeaten run and winning their last four fixtures.

Their last fixture saw them win 2-0, away to Reading, although the performance of the home side lead even their own fans to, on social media, ask:

Here at Vital Luton Town, we expect Sheffield United to provide sterner opposition and the Hatters will have to fight for a result.

It appears those that took the opportunity to vote in our poll, relating to the result, also share the same view with only 47% believing Luton will win with a further 39% reckoning it will end in a draw.

Surprisingly, only 14%, despite Sheffield United sitting immediately below us in the table, believe the home side will win and leapfrog us in the Championship table.

But how does Sky Sports resident Championship expert, David Prutton see this one going?

Well David is confident that Luton can extend that 5-game unbeaten run and is tipping the Hatters to win 2-1.

Personally, I reckon anything more than a draw would be a bonus, but fingers crossed our lads can pull it off.

this is a good team,a draw will be good,to win would be fantastic. as always i try to be positive, but this is football, so don’t be suprised.at anything. why are people raving about ruddock, one half decent game all season, dose’nt make him a great player. judge people on performance. for me he gets one out of ten.hope he can improve, as he gets picked every week.COYH.
