Life In The Championship Is Proving To Be Hard For The Hatters

|

Three games into the new 2019 / 2020 season and Luton Town have yet to pick up their first win since making that much yearned for return to the Championship.

The first three games have seen the Hatters draw at home to Middlesbrough, lose to a late goal away to Cardiff and, yesterday, losing to West Bromwich Albion at Kenilworth Road.

A return of just one solitary point sees the Hatters lurking just above the relegation pack although, to be fair, there’s no reason to push the panic button just yet, even more so when you acknowledge that the three teams we have played should, in my opinion, be in the shake-up for promotion come the end of the season.

But that return of just one point out of the first nine isn’t what many of you predicted when we ran our pre-season feature three-tough-opening-fixtures-await-luton-town-in-the-championship-but-how-will-they-fare, with the comments left by those who frequent this site now making for very interesting reading.

But, although my view, as stated above, is that this is not the time to push the panic button, what are your thoughts on the start Luton Town have made to life in the Championship?

Do you have any fears that, after two great seasons, this one is going to be an eye-opener or, like me, are you not, at the moment, too concerned?
