It`s Down to Us!

Saturday could just turn out to be one of the decisive days of the Skrill Premier season.

With Luton Town Football Club beating Nuneaton to take the three points on offer and remain at the top of the table, matters were further improved when news came through that our main rivals for promotion (currently) Cambridge United had let a two goal lead slip to draw 3-3 with Dartford.

The two results mean that Luton are three points clear at the top of the table with Cambridge having just the one game in hand. More importantly, Luton Town have a better goal difference than their rivals.

However, the picture could take a turn for the better this Tuesday evening when Cambridge United entertain Grimsby Town, if the Mariners can take a point off of Cambridge (or better three) you get the feeling that our destiny will be completely in our own hands with regards to automatic promotion!
