The closure of the loan transfer window has seen John Still indulge in a bit of business.

With the loan window closing at 17:00 hours today, Still moved swiftly to sign the young Aston Villa left-back Lewis Kinsella.

At 20 years of age Kinsella has been a member of recent Villa squads and played in the recent FA Cup win over West Bromwich Albion.

Talking about the latest acquisition to the Hatters squad, John Still has remarked to the media,

“We are very lucky to have a player of Lewis` calibre – it speaks volumes that he has been on Villa`s bench for their last two Premier League games.

With Scott unavailable and needing an operation we are light of players in that area, and with that in mind, we`re delighted to be able to do a deal to bring Lewis to Luton Town.’
