Against Scunthorpe United, the Hatters managed back-to-back league wins for the first time this season, whilst also keeping their unbeaten home record, this season, intact.
With the score delicately balanced at 2-1 and with Scunthorpe having had an equaliser chalked off courtesy of the offside flag being raised, it was left to James Justin to score the decisive third goal, even more so with Scunthorpe getting a second goal in stoppage time.
Good win today and nice to get a goal aswell #shhhhhh???? https://t.co/qYjwV7LkAQ

Justin holds a special place in the hearts of the Hatters support, born and raised in Luton and a former pupil of Putteridge High School, Justin is, as the song goes – ‘one of our own’.
Following his efforts yesterday, in the Hatters shirt, Justin was the subject of several social media posts, congratulating him on both his goal and his contribution:
Played really well. I actually felt a sense of pride when you scored. You are one of our own!

Great performance today, JJ, and a well-deserved goal.
Full of running, strong in bashing past Scunthorpe’s defenders, never gave them any peace!
Fine performance as ever from one of our own.

Appearances have been sparse for Justin this season, but I get the impression that situation could be about to change.
