Whilst many of the travelling Hatters army are set to enjoy a long weekend in Blackpool, parting ahead of the big play-off semi-final first leg on Sunday evening, it`s business as usual for Nathan Jones.

Ahead of the game you can be sure the squad won`t be sampling the delights of the Golden Mile, sampling the rides of the Pleasure Beach or parading along the sea-front in ‘kiss-me-quick` hat.

But if the Hatters get the result they want, perhaps there`ll be a quick indulgence before the squad heads back to Bedfordshire.

Ahead of the game Nathan has spoken to the media and spoken about the biggest (so far) match of the season, remarking to the local press,

‘It’s an exciting week. The mood is good, we’ve kept them relaxed, kept them simmering and we’re looking forward to Sunday’s game.

‘It’s been pretty much like a normal week. They know inside the importance of the game but we’ve followed the same pattern as we have all year. It’s worked for us all year so why change?

‘We know it’s a slightly bigger game, there’s no playing it down or trying to be coy, it’s a big game. We know that and they will know that. I hope there’s not too much need for motivation because the rewards are massive.’
