The Hatters are on a roll at the moment.
A series of wins have lifted the club up the table and they now occupy a play-off place with the support hoping that Nathan Jones can steer the club to back-to-back promotion campaigns.
This afternoon, the Hatters face a difficult trip, to Kent, to take on Gillingham.
Naturally, the Hatters will be cheered on by a large travelling support as they seek to add another win to what is developing into an impressive run of victories.
Ahead of the game, we used our poll facility to ask the Vital Luton Town fraternity how they believed the game would end.
The usual three options were listed:
• Gillingham to win.
• Luton Town to win.
And
• A draw.
The response showed that it is Luton Town who you expect to emerge as the victors in this fixture with that option getting the backing of 83% of those that voted.
A further 8% were of the opinion the Hatters would extend their recent unbeaten run by taking a share of the spoils while just 9% can see the home side, Gillingham taking the win.
Let’s hope the majority are right!
