Last season it was interesting to see how a former Hatter performed in a league just below us.

The former Hatter in question was Ricky Miller, a striker who had joined Dover Athletic after his relationship with the Hatters soured after an altercation with a taxi driver.

Monitoring how Miller was doing, it became something of a ritual to see just how many goals he`d netted as the weeks passed

To say Miller was prolific is perhaps an understatement.

The striker sailed through thirty-goals with a month of the season to go and it came as no surprise when he was, before the end of the season, snapped up by Peterborough United.

But it seems that bad-boy streak surfaced again whilst he was with Dover as it has been announced today that Miller will miss the first 6 games of Peterborough United`s campaign.

Apparently, Miller did a Luis Suarez and bit somebody whilst playing for Dover, against Guiseley, last March.

It also seems that Peterborough knew about the offence and the impending punishment before they signed him.

Despite the ban and the bad-boy image, I`m still banking on the ex-Hatter getting 20+ goals next season, let`s see how he does shall we.
