As Far As A New Managerial Appointment Goes At Luton Town This One Would Certainly Be Controversial

Okay, there may be no live football in the UK, at the moment, but football is slowly reawakening with the news that the German Bundesliga is set to restart very shortly.

However, with the current situation, at Kenilworth Road, whereby we have no ‘permanent’ occupant of the managerial office, items to write about are surfacing.

Some of the inspiration for these articles continues to come from those that lave their viewpoint in our comment facility beneath our articles and this piece is no exception.

Reading through the comments yesterday, I came across one that gave me food for thought and could also prove to be, to put it mildly, very controversial.

It was suggested, in our comment facility, that Luton Town FC could do worse than offer Roy Keane the role.

Keane, a character with forthright views, is currently employed as a TV pundit but has had managerial experience at several clubs, most notably, at Sunderland and Ipswich Town and also acted as an assistant, on the international stage, with the Republic of Ireland.

So how does the possible appointment of Roy Keane grab you?

Personally, I’m not sure life would ever be the same again down at Kenilworth Road.
